OdysseyNH Questionnaires

OdysseyNH (ONH) surveys its various stakeholders (former clients, families, JPPOs, and employees) to determine each group's level of satisfaction with the program, to identify areas of concern and to establish grounds for program improvement.

Results of the surveys are aggregated and trends are reviewed and monitored by the PQI committee. Based on the pattern of responses to the surveys, the PQI Director contacts each stakeholder group to identify quality improvement goals and ONH's performance in relation to its stated expectations.
